Titan Oil and Gas (TNOG) follows a conservative business model, focusing on redevelopment and clean up of oil and gas fields with a history of production, and also, exploration of green projects and businesses such as biodiesel and wind power. The company is currently focused on the development of resources on its leases in Beaver County, PA, in Bastrop County, Texas and in Kern County, California.

We are not only anticipating hook up of the Eberle #1 well and developing our lease in Kern County, we are glad to announce expanding production in Pennsylvania as well. Titan is engaged in a search for projects to further grow its portfolio of holdings, delivering production while expanding into green revenue streams in an effort to offset Titan's carbon footprint.

All of these actions are in service of Titan's strategic plan that focuses on projects that with the help of new innovations can deliver great rewards.
