Crows Run Project

We have collated the information that we gathered in the process of researching the Crows Run Field. The information has been gathered in report form and gives a clear detail of all aspects of the project and the impact it will have on Titan Oil and Gas.

E. O. Gregory, an Ohio based petroleum engineer's assessment, see link below, of the Crows Run Project. His estimate in 1980 was that the Crows Run Field had 13 million barrels of oil in reserve on the site. With production having been limited by a lack of maintenance and reworking, most of the oil remains in the ground given the limited production at the site.

Paul H. Gerrie and Associates completed the following report that describes the completion techniques the firm designed for a number of the wells in 1982. He also provides his conclusion that the field has real commercial viability.

The following document describes the initial drilling of all of the wells in the Crows Run Field. The wells were drilled from 1979 through 1986.

Bialy Gas Production purchases Crows Run leases from Tevebaugh Management Company in 2005. The following link documents the transfer of control of the Crows Run wells.

The only three wells that have had some maintenance are the Ombres #2, Hood #1 and Shop #1 Wells from Getty Well Services between 2005 and 2006 as characterized in the following link. These well services provide for the production differences between 2005 ($47,774.09) and 2006 ($73,017.17) with a reduction in 2007 ($40,632.56), when other wells needed these same services that they did not receive.

The following document is the purchase agreement that Titan Oil and Gas signed to take over operations of the Crows Run Field, the project was originally called the Tevebaugh Field and falls within the larger Economy Oil Field in Economy Borough, Pennsylvania.
