Edison Lease "Kern County"
Titan Oil and Gas management is forming a team in Southern California that will proceed
with the development of the lease. Management will temporarily relocate to the area in
order to ensure that execution of its directive is executed in a thorough and diligent
manner. As previous issues have been addressed and moved past the priority now for
company leadership is to move booked assets into production to ensure revenue for further
expansion.
Titan Oil and Gas obtained rights to its Kern County Lease for a ten year period,
concluding in September of 2016 with the option to renew under current guidelines. The
lease falls within the zones of three fields, The Edison, The Northeast Edison and Ant
Hill. Management is currently engaging the services of a petroleum geologist in the area
to initiate development of the lease and finally initiate production if tests indicate
favorably. The seismic activity in the area is such that characteristics of any given
field can change as rock formations fracture. Often results are favorable for projects
that adjoin areas of current reliable production.
