After working for a number of years in the natural resource development sector in corporate development and strategic communications, Mr. Toth will continue to lead Titan Oil and Gas as company president. Originally serving on the board of directors and as the Vice President of Communication, Mr. Toth has been an integral part of the ongoing turnaround process. As President, Brandon J. Toth brings to bear his understanding of all aspects of natural resource corporate development from project evaluation to key communications in order to build a solid future for Titan Oil and Gas.

Mr. Toth’s experience is valued also because he understands where markets perceive value in companies. “I have experience with a wide range of natural resource businesses, which has given me an understanding of where value can be extracted and where the organizations collective focus must be,” Brandon Toth regarding his ongoing transformative role at TNOG.

It is for this reason he was asked to spearhead the task force as it continues its ongoing evaluation of all aspects of the company condition and assets. This includes preliminary work locating special projects in known producing areas.

With a background counseling small public and pre-public companies on corporate and transactional matters, Shelby L. Clark is well qualified to oversee Titan Oil and Gas's legal affairs. He holds a law degree from the University of California, Hastings, where he graduated magna cum laude and edited the Hastings Law Journal. Mr. Clark has worked at firms large and small, and has experience as principal company counsel. He also has experience with insurance, employment law, intellectual property, and the range of legal topics and issues with which companies daily grapple. Mr. Clark is admitted to the state bar associations in both California and Oregon. Mr. Clark's expertise ranges from seed-round and subsequent equity funding, bridge-note and other debt financings, acquisitions, and assisted on significant transactions up through initial public offerings.

Recognizing the importance of nimble and creative response to legal issues, Shelby Clark will work closely with the board and management of Titan Oil and Gas to both protect the company's interests and seize the initiative on new business development. "I enjoy structuring innovative transactions and developing approaches that benefit all parties in business deals and partnerships," said Mr. Clark of his position's role within the company. "Our ability to act quickly and effectively, and the developing trust we have with our partners, pave the way for further growth."

Mr. Clark's experience with corporate boards makes him a natural addition to Titan Oil and Gas's Board of Directors. He serves as company Secretary as well as Chief Legal Officer and Board member.

Mr. Bialy joined the board as part of this agreement to sell his company’s producing oil and gas leases and assets. His connections and experience are necessary to help Titan acquire additional revenue producing projects as well as operations and production enhancement of these projects.
